This Is UnReal (ARG)

You wake up in a world fifteen blocks across. A house, a pond, a couple of trees. Beyond them, nothing.

It is not real. Neither, it seems, are you.

This is unreal is a story-driven horror ARG for singleplayer: a world trying hard to look normal, and what is hidden underneath it. Search, read, listen, guess.

What's inside

A story from beginning to end: several chapters, each in a world of its own, with its own atmosphere, sound and music.

ARG elements: notes and documents that add up to something; ciphers, broken messages, interference, signals that were never meant to reach you.

Puzzles: keys, codes, timers; and sometimes you just have to remember this is still Minecraft.

Two endings for your world: when a world begins, you choose what happens to it after the finale.

Destructive ending: after the credits that world is deleted for good. If in doubt, choose "Ending without destruction".

I won't tell you about the best moments — that would spoil the game. This is only the very beginning. Just download it and see for yourself: real ARG dimensions, fights, scientists and agents, the matrix, great animations, entity, and much more.

I have played the mod from start to finish twice myself. There is nowhere the story gets stuck: no switching to creative, no teleporting around, no typing commands to get through a chapter.

This is unreal — сюжетный хоррор-ARG для одиночной игры. Мир, который пытается выглядеть нормальным, и то, что спрятано под ним. Ищи, читай, слушай, догадывайся.

Что внутри

История от начала до конца: несколько глав, каждая в своём измерении, со своей атмосферой, звуком и музыкой.

ARG-элементы: записки и документы, которые складываются в общую картину. Шифры, сломанные сообщения, помехи, сигналы, которые не должны были до тебя дойти.

Головоломки: ключи, коды, таймеры. Иногда нужно просто вспомнить, что это всё ещё Майнкрафт.

Две концовки мира: в начале игры выбираешь, что будет с миром после финала.

Разрушительный конец: после титров этот мир удаляется навсегда. Если не уверен, выбирай «Конец без разрушений».

Я не буду рассказывать о самых сильных моментах — иначе играть будет неинтересно. Здесь только самое начало. Просто скачай и попробуй: тебя ждут настоящие ARG-измерения, драки, учёные и агенты, матрица, крутые анимации и многое другое, жуткие существа, и очень сильный финал.

Я сам прошёл мод от начала до конца два раза. В нём нет мест, где сюжет застревает: не придётся включать креатив, телепортироваться туда-сюда и вводить команды, чтобы пройти главу.
