Thirst Was Taken : Mixin Server Fix

Universal NBT ItemStack null safety patch. Fixes EncoderException crashes during server-client sync in any mod. Uses Mixins to prevent null references without modifying source code. Initial developed for TWT (Thirst Was Taken)
