The Red Eye | Sharingan (REWORK)

Added Sharingan vision: invisible entities show as a red silhouette (Sharingan users only).

Added Counter: after a dodge, your next hit within 1 second deals extra damage with a red flash.

Added chakra vision: blue outline that fades as chakra drops, works on any living entity.

at every tomoe level Added attack reading: red box and “!” over any mob about to hit, shoot or explode, earlier with more tomoe.

Changed all abilities with less than 30 seconds of cooldown to 30 seconds of cooldown.
