Fix Sharingan on your face showing different for other players

Fix not getting mangekyou when your pet dies

mangekyou sharingan no longer gives you more chakra
now we have a way to upgrade your chakra with XP up to 960 chakra (use minecraft GUI scale to 3 or lower to see it better else you need to press in the top of your monitor, there is 2 button up in the sharingan tab)

Added Chakra Potion (you make it with amethyst 30%+ of your chakra and if you put glowstone it turn into a level 2 60%+ chakra)

now chakra regen is 1 per second
