The Red Eye | Sharingan (REWORK)

• Now we have a Chakra bar! Don't overuse it or you will get weak, slower, hunger, nausea, blind and even (if your chakra bar reaches 0 or less) you will get damaged. 
  you starts with 2000 chakra, when getting more tomoes, 2, and 3 even mangekyou, you can upgrade it to get more chakra: 2 tomoe 3500 chakra, 3 tomoe: 5000 chakra and mangekyou: 6000 chakra.
  To upgrade your chakra, Press J and go to Sharingan ticks, and press the "UP" button if you have 2, 3 or mangekyou sharingan to upgrade.

• Now we have A new gamerule: Start being a Uchiha, being a uchiha will make sharigan cost less chakra when using it (normal cost) but if you are NOT a uchiha, using sharingan will cost 2 times more, (2 more chakra costs) 1 and 2 tomoe costs 1 chakra per tick 20 ticks = 1 sec, 3 tomoe costs 1.5 chakra per tick and mangekyou costs 3 chakra per tick. 

• there is two gamerules now: Start With Sharingan and Start Being Uchiha for more customization
