support for 26.4-snapshot-3 (nice ice caves)

this version has a lot of fixes and QoL changes!

1. increased max spectator speed from 0.2 to 1 (scroll difference has been increased too)
2. changed position UI yet again to be more "true" to vanilla
3. fixed a crash where a number was 0.00001 smaller than it was supposed to be, or smth like that (yes that really happened and I had to make a whole mixin just to fix it)
4. potentially fixed 2^30 crash, caused by mineshafts. now you should be able to go beyond 2^30 in worlds with structures and hopefully not crash

i think that's it. anyways, happy ice caving! and also this version probably won't work in future snapshots (ik 1.8-pre-1 wouldn't have worked for this snapshot)

also if there aren't gonna be any big snapshots soon im probably gonna stop updating until the full 26.4 comes out as there could be well over a dozen snapshots for the 26.4 release cycle if it's gonna be anything like 26.1 through 26.3

this version WILL NOT WORK on 26.3! curseforge does not have an option for 26.4 snapshots yet so this is listed as 26.3
