What's new

OneBlock 5.2.0

This file is for Fabric 26.2. It requires Fabric Loader 0.18.4 or newer — that is what Fabric API already needs on 26.2.

You can have a OneBlock in every dimension now, and OneBlock comes pre-picked on the world type button so you stop scrolling past it.

Per-dimension OneBlocks (off by default) Walk into the Nether or the End and you get a OneBlock there too. It's separate from your Overworld one, it keeps its own progress, and breaking one doesn't touch the others.

How you get it Two options. Either it shows up in front of you as soon as you arrive, or you get handed a One Block item and you right-click to put it where you want. Lose the item and you'll get another one next time you come through.

Minimum placement distance (100 blocks by default) Stops someone placing their OneBlock right on top of yours. If you try, it tells you how close theirs is and how far apart they need to be. Set it to 0 if you don't care.

Native blocks only (off by default) A OneBlock stops handing out blocks from other dimensions, so no grass, water or iron ore in the Nether. Crafted stuff like planks, wool, bricks and glass still shows up everywhere, so you can actually build.

OneBlock is pre-selected on the Create New World screen Default, Flat, Large Biomes and the rest are all still in the list, one click away. Nothing was replaced. Turn it off if you'd rather land on Default.

Your own End platform (multiplayer pack only) Every End portal now puts you at your own spot in the End, above wherever your portal sits in the Overworld, instead of dumping the whole server onto the same obsidian island.

Turning per-dimension OneBlocks on in the admin panel applies right away now, including to people already standing in the Nether or the End. No relog.

Forge 26.3

Supported now, same as Fabric and NeoForge. Needs CodxLib 1.6.1 or newer on that version.

Fixes

Four things were doing nothing at all on Forge for 26.1 and up: dungeons in worlds made with Generate Structures off (they just opened onto bare ground), the fishing treasure settings, gentle item drops, and the new world type default. The jar wasn't telling Forge where to find the mod's patches. All four work now. The OneBlock itself and its progression were never affected, and your existing worlds are fine.

On Fabric, walking into another dimension did nothing at all: no per-dimension OneBlock, no item, not even the "the Nether has been reached" message. Fabric was missing a hook the other two loaders already had.

Settings are in the admin panel under One Block Per Dimension, or in config/oneblock.json.

CodxLib is required. Grab the build for your Minecraft version and loader. On Fabric it needs to be 1.3.4 or newer.
