Deleted Thumbs.db in jar file so this won't get rejected by moderators, shouldn't cause any trouble.

-Config file

-Inmates can now use the minecraft player model through the config.
-Friendly inmates can be added through the config.
-The inmate known as '66' can be added through the config(WARNING:Inmate 66 is almost invincible).
-All inmates now have a Name Tag above there head.
