Moved this release to beta. Everything is still subject to change, but features already implemented are close to its final form.

- Copper Tool and Weapon Heads
- Emerald Tools and Weapons
- Emerald Tool and Weapon Heads
- Lapis Lazuli Tools and Weapons
Removed:
- Netherite Tool and Weapon Heads (doesn’t really makes sense, might come back if requested)
Others:
- Changed recipe for Raw Reinforced Leather
- Reworked Tool and Weapon Heads to align with the new smithing system
- Made any tool and weapon heads to work on their respective tool and weapon
- Note: Wooden Tool and Weapon Heads are off the table right now, who wants to downgrade to wood? (unless someone does)
- Reworked recipes for Tool and Weapon Heads
- Rebalanced Armor, Tool, and Weapon stats added by the mod
- Empowered Netherite Block now works with activating a Beacon
- Code changes and clean up for easier additions of items and blocks in the future
