        --Artron Disruptor--

                I have added a block called the artron disruptor, it stops any tardis not owned by the person who placed the disruptor from landing in the same chunk as it. This comes with a couple new commands. (/tadmin disruptor (add, remove, list)). add and remove will add/remove the current chunk you're in from the disruption list. list will give you a list of the disruption chunks.
