A compact, 100% client-side PvP ranking system for Minecraft.
Track your kills, deaths, K/D, damage, and climb the ranks from LT5 to HT1 across 12 game modes — all without a single byte of server-side code. The mod runs entirely on your client: no network requests, no server plugins, no downtime tracking.
What It Does
Per-mode stats — open the statistics screen to see a 2-row tab bar covering all 12 modes (Crystal, Anchor, Nethpot, Diapot, Pot, Axe, Bow, Sword, Mace, UHC, CartPvP, SMP). Each tab shows that mode's own tier, a progress bar to the next tier, and the full stat grid: points, kills, deaths, K/D, damage dealt/taken, matches, and best kill streak.
Overall statistics — a dedicated tab with your combined totals across every mode, your highest tier, playtime, and a "closest upgrade" hint showing which mode you're nearest to promoting in.
Smart combat tracking — three independent signals (death messages, synced health, swing estimation) guarantee accurate kill/death attribution even on AntiHealthIndicator servers. Death detection uses vanilla translatable messages, so it's language-independent. Non-PvP deaths never deduct points; only real PvP kills and PvP deaths affect your score.
HUD overlay — a compact overlay in the top-left shows your currently-detected mode's item icon, tier, and progress bar, plus K/D. It auto-hides whenever any in-game screen is open and is completely disabled in SMP (tier testing is PvP-mode only).
Encrypted saves — every player gets a single encrypted .dat file (config/tiersmod/<PlayerName>.dat). Data round-trips through the file every 5 seconds, so RAM and disk can never drift apart. Delete the file (or reinstall) and your progress resets cleanly.
