Description

Something is watching you from the darkness…

The Static Stalker adds a terrifying entity that may appear naturally in the Overworld at night, out of sight. Its arrival is marked by four mysterious lightning strikes—with no fire or collateral damage.

As you get closer, radio static and VHS interference grow stronger. Within 15 blocks, the Stalker may vanish—or launch into a relentless hunt. During a chase, a distorted radio sound loops as the screen glitches and the camera shakes. The Stalker hunts across land and water. If it catches you, it deals damage and leaves you blind, slowed, and in darkness, afflicted with Bad Omen and Unluck—accompanied by a terrifying scream. When it is not hunting, the Stalker wanders slowly, its eyes glowing in the night. A spawn egg is also available in the Creatures tab.
