Latest Changelog: (directly from the original mod page, nothing has changed since)

Added new types of runes (Gamandium, Soul, Blood Stone and Umarite) (You can't craft them yet...)

Added a Meteorite tool set 

Added Basic Ring and Basic Amulet, unusable and won't be implemented anytime soon...

Added Magical Contact Lenses, they allow you to see some invisible magic things

Added Candles(You must light them with a flint and steel) added Shelf, more decorative stuff!

Added a tab to the survival inventory, where you can put amulets, rings, your diary and contact lenses

Added a key binding for opening the diary (if it's in the special slot) and for opening a summoning GUI (You can't actually open it, because it's still very work in progress...)

Added Version Checker support

Changed the fog in the Shadow World a bit (this might fix a bug where you just see a black wall)

Fixed some bugs (weird lag at 0, 0; flowers and other things drop twice if you destroy the block underneath)added more config options
