Fixed Wesker texture

New armor - Wesker's armor, RPD Helmet
New mobs - Wesker, Ganado
New record - rec_rd_tr_m

Textures - Most of the old textures have been returned

Fixes:
Nemesis animation fixed
Reduced the number of spawn mobs, because they used to spawn very often
The high jump of mobs has been fixed
The texture of the Dr. Salvador mask has been fixed

Hidden or deleted items:
The crafting of the Bloody stream record has been removed
The crafting of the Lavender Town record has been removed

Changes:
The craft used earlier to create the Bloody Stream record was assigned to a new record - rec_rd_tr_m
Now the ingots do not fall out of the steel ore. Now the ore needs to be melted in the oven to get the ingot
The spawn of ruby ore has been reduced
