the intended purpose of this item is as a starting item for UHC but the item is also great for messing around with creative mode

the original reason I made this mod was that I needed a way to heal my health to 40 hearts (i was using a mod to raise my hp but when you spawn in you don't start with the hearts) in modded UHC
this potion is op so I'm not giving it a crafting recipe
