The Poke Isles NPCs

Adds custom animated NPCs for The Poke Isles.

This mod adds a custom NPC to The Poke Isles, named Mittens the Black Market Mage. The NPC uses a custom model, texture, and idle animation.

Designed for use on both client and server, this mod provides the actual NPC/entity registration server-side while also including the required client-side rendering, model, texture, and animation files.
