The Poke Isles - Custom Cobblemon is the home for original and customized Cobblemon content created specifically for The Poke Isles.
This mod expands Cobblemon with a growing collection of exclusive Pokémon variants, custom forms, visual designs, and supporting features. New Custom Cobblemon can be added over time without requiring a separate mod for every individual release.
Custom Cobblemon may include:
- Unique Pokémon forms and variants
- Custom models and textures
- Custom Mega Evolution appearances
- Shiny and gender-specific appearances where applicable
