# The Pentrahon - Mod License Agreement

## 1. Grant of License
By downloading and using this Minecraft modification ("Mod"), you agree to this license. The Licensor (6876h9) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mod for personal gameplay only.
## 2. Permitted Uses
- Download and play the Mod in single-player or private multiplayer
- Create and monetize gameplay videos, streams, and reviews on YouTube, Twitch, etc.
- Use in personal modpacks (not for public distribution or for creators to make private modpacks)
## 3. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, upload, or mirror the Mod (use official Modrinth links only)
- Include in public modpacks without written permission
- Modify, decompile, or create derivative versions
- Commercialize the Mod (servers, paid content, AdFly links)
- Extract and reuse textures/models in other projects
- Use the code to train AI models
## 4. Intellectual Property
All assets, code, textures, and models are owned by 6876h9. You acquire no ownership rights. The Licensor retains all copyrights and intellectual property.
## 5. DMCA & Copyright Enforcement
Any violation of this license constitutes copyright infringement. The Licensor (6876h9) reserves the right to:
- Issue DMCA takedown notices against unauthorized copies hosted on any platform
- Take legal action to protect intellectual property rights
- Demand removal of infringing content from CurseForge, Modrinth clones, Discord servers, or any third-party site
- Pursue damages and injunctive relief against violators
## 6. Disclaimer
THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. THE LICENSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WORLD CORRUPTION, CRASHES, OR DATA LOSS.
## 7. Termination
Breach of this license terminates your right to use the Mod immediately. You must delete all copies upon termination.
## 8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Your Country/Region law. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
