A little buggy but still pretty powerful.
Sells frost items and weapons.
Cool bows, an Illusioner's Wand, an Ice Grenade, and a Frost Arrow.
Mostly frozen counterparts of regular ones.
Drops Frosted Beef and Snowy Hide.
A lot of swords and tools with some strong Relics.
This place is cool.
Stronger than Frost Bow, but also takes longer to draw back.
