Changelog:

- Added spawn eggs for all the mobs.

- Otter mobs now have sounds. (Thanks to my friend Freddykiller for the assets)

- Updated to forge 36.2.20

- Tweaked mob spawn parameters. (Otters are more common and baddies are now rarer.)

- Removed some unused assets which may return at a later time.
