- Finally figured out natural entity spawning as follows :

1. Basic Otters spawn in beach biomes at a fairly common rate.

2. Otter Warriors spawn in plains biomes at a fairly common rate.

3. Otter Wizards spawn rarely in plains biomes (About the same rate as a witch)
