Added drops to both hostile mobs:

- Otter Wizard drops glowstone dust

- Otter Warrior drops iron nuggets

 

Added animation to both hostile mobs

- The legs slightly rotate while the otters walk.

 

Dev Note :

- Started adding code for natural spawning. (Still trying to figure out)
