The Occupant [Horror]

This creature studys you, every movement is recorded ways you escaped it is recorded and it can and will adapt The Occupant isnt interested in killing you it just wants to play with you so you better entertain it 

Effigy = 3 × Remnant + 1 × Candle.  you can put the items anywhere in the crafting grid.

You can’t craft Remnants. You get one each time you kill The Occupant: it collapses and drops one, then it’s gone when you look away. Three kills give you enough for an Effigy.

What the Effigy does: use it (right-click) in the dark and it summons The Occupant for the final fight:

• It knows every escape trick you’ve ever used.
• It has far more health and armour.
• It heals whenever it hasn’t been hit for 5 seconds.

If you kill it this time, it’s gone for good. If you escape it or it beats you instead, it comes back for you the next night.

The Only way to actually kill it is with the Effigy every other time you kill it the creature just fakes its death
