Fixed issue with the star reactor not working correctly, 

Added test dimension to mod for now not accessible in survival due to igniter being creative only so far.

Changed spawn rates of SilverLeaf Trees but will be tweaking them more to fit a vanilla

Fixed issue with star sickness being applied incorrectly without armor.
