A whole lot of bug fixes

  1. Moved structure gen to the server side to prevent "ghost structures" from spawning
  2. Fixed a bug that caused mobs to ignore all spawning rules
  3. Temporarily removed IMC spawn handling (Sorry mod devs) :(
  4. Added new Mini-Boss the "Stealth Creeper", he turns invisible when he targets you, good luck
  5. Changed Crawler spawn to plains, as for some reason they wouldn't spawn in the hills.
  6. Fixed a bug that caused the Crawler to have insanely high attack damage but very little health.
  7. Added drops to the Super Slime
