-Final hotfix release. Consider version 3 officially out of its testing phases!

-Readded Mis asking the player to surrender when they first meet

 

-Spawn rate of special Mi parties (Billoos, Carrymis, Submirines) slightly increased while Hunting party frequency was slightly decreased.

-Slightly decreased Mi spawn rate (10-30 seconds longer per spawn)

 

-Fixed Carrymis spawning rarely in late Phase One

-Fixing Forgotten Art not working properly

-Fixing Colonies sometimes spawning unending tides of Goobs

-Fixed Mis stepping off their Loonies when following a player not mounted

-Fixed Prisoner Letters not always working
