Crafting
Use a crafting table to make 3 Lucky Stones with this recipe:

Rewards
Each use rolls once for one of these outcomes:

How to Use
Right-click while holding a Lucky Stone. Each use consumes one stone, even if you receive nothing. Stones are not consumed in Creative mode.
There is a one-second cooldown between uses. Rewards go into your inventory; if it is full, any remaining items drop at your feet.
