- Added a mysterious blue-skinned entity "player 9546" with blank eyes!
- Programmed spooky AI behavior and custom screamers for the new stalker.

[WORLD GENERATION & STRUCTURES]
- Significantly increased the overall structure spawn rate across the world.
- Completely redesigned and updated older structural builds.
- Fixed structure generation algorithms (structures will no longer spawn directly inside Ocean biomes).
- Added hidden lore "Notes" inside EVERY single generated house for players to discover.

[ITEMS, TOOLS & WEAPONS]
- Added several brand new custom tools and admin-themed weapons.
- Introduced "Tomatoes" as a basic survival food source found in structures.

[TECHNICAL FIXES]
- Ported, recompiled and fully optimized for NeoForge 1.21.8.
- Built using modern Java 21 architecture.
- Updated codebase assets, file size increased to a solid 80 KB.
