This license applies to The Longhorn and all files included with the mod, including its code, compiled files, models, textures, animations, sounds, artwork, writing, configuration files, and other original assets.

Personal Use

You are allowed to download and play The Longhorn for personal use.

You may use the mod in singleplayer or multiplayer.

You may share the official download page with other people.

Modpacks

The Longhorn may be used in modpacks.

Modpacks must obtain The Longhorn through its official project page or through an official mod platform system that downloads the mod directly from the original project.

You may not separately upload, host, mirror, or redistribute The Longhorn's files as part of a modpack.

The Longhorn must remain unmodified unless direct written permission is given by 0wenDevelops.

Using The Longhorn in a modpack does not give permission to redistribute, modify, reuse, or claim ownership of any part of the mod.

Videos, Streams, and Other Content

You are allowed to feature The Longhorn in videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, showcases, social media posts, and similar content.

If The Longhorn is featured in a video, stream, or other published content, credit must be given to the mod.

For videos, the description must include:

The Longhorn by 0wenDevelops

Along with a link to the official The Longhorn project page.

For content where there is no description section, the credit and official project link should be included somewhere reasonably visible, such as the post caption, comments, profile links, or another place viewers can easily find.

You may monetize videos or streams that feature normal gameplay of The Longhorn.

You may not sell access to the mod itself or redistribute the mod through your content.

Redistribution

You may not redistribute, reupload, mirror, repost, host, or provide your own download of The Longhorn or any part of it.

This includes websites, GitHub repositories, Discord servers, file sharing services, other mod hosting websites, launchers, direct download links, or any other method of distributing the files.

If you want to share The Longhorn with someone, send them to the official project page.

The only authorized distributor of The Longhorn is 0wenDevelops unless direct written permission is specifically given otherwise.

Modifications

You may not publish or distribute modified versions of The Longhorn.

You may not release forks, ports, unofficial updates, remakes, modified builds, or altered versions of the mod without written permission from 0wenDevelops.

Private modifications for your own personal use are allowed as long as they are never distributed or shared publicly.

Source Code and Assets

You may not copy, reuse, redistribute, publish, or incorporate The Longhorn's source code or assets into another project without written permission.

This includes code, models, textures, animations, sounds, artwork, writing, icons, logos, and other original content made for The Longhorn.

Viewing or studying the mod does not give permission to reuse its content.

Selling and Commercial Redistribution

You may not sell The Longhorn or any part of it.

You may not place the mod behind a paywall, paid subscription, paid download, paid launcher, or any other system that requires payment to obtain the mod.

You may not sell modified versions, assets, code, or other parts of The Longhorn.

Normal monetized gameplay videos and livestreams are allowed as long as the required credit and official project link are provided.

Ownership

Downloading, playing, or using The Longhorn does not transfer ownership of the mod or any of its content.

All rights not specifically granted by this license remain with 0wenDevelops.

Minecraft and related trademarks are property of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. The Longhorn is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Permission

Any exception to these rules requires direct written permission from 0wenDevelops.

Permission for one use does not automatically give permission for any other use.

Disclaimer

The Longhorn is provided as is without warranty of any kind.

0wenDevelops is not responsible for crashes, corrupted worlds, lost saves, compatibility issues, damaged files, or other problems caused directly or indirectly by using the mod.

By downloading or using The Longhorn, you agree to follow the terms of this license.
