weaponleveling-neoforge-1.21.1-1.1.0.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
The Leveling 1.1.0
Items now remember their history, and that history shapes how they play. This update adds the Weapon Chronicle and the systems built on top of it, plus the first Fabric release.
Added
- Fabric support — The Leveling is now available for Fabric 1.21.1 alongside NeoForge. Both versions share the same item data and config format.
- Weapon Chronicle — Every item records its first bearer, the creatures it has faced most, its first kill and the day it became a Relic or Legacy. Shown in the expanded (Shift) tooltip.
- Personal records — The chronicle tracks a weapon's strongest hit, longest ranged shot and longest kill streak.
- Foe Mastery — After 100 / 500 / 2000 kills of one creature type, a weapon deals +5% / +10% / +15% damage to that type. Never applies against players.
- Armor Mastery — Armor pieces that endure 200 / 1000 / 4000 hits from one creature type take 1% less damage from it per tier, per piece (capped at 50%). Never applies against players.
- Kill Streaks — Kills made within 6 seconds of each other with the same weapon build a streak worth up to +50% XP. The kill notification shows "Streak ×N".
- Item titles — Give a Relic or Legacy item a permanent name with
/leveling title <name>. Only operators can rename it afterwards. - Soulbound — Legacy items stay with you through death and return to the same slot on respawn. Stored safely with the world, even if the server stops in between. Configurable (
legacy, relicoroff). - Amber aura — Relic and Legacy items show pulsing amber corner brackets in inventories (with a circling spark for Legacy) and amber dust rising from the hand that holds them.
- Legacy kill effect — An amber particle burst and chime where a creature falls to a Legacy weapon.
- Milestone name colors — Item names turn green, aqua, purple and gold at 10%, 25%, 50% and 100% of the level cap.
- Leaderboard —
/leveling toplists the ten strongest weapons in the world. - 8 advancements — For leveling, Relic, Legacy, naming an item, foe mastery, grandmaster mastery, a 10-kill streak and armor mastery.
- Nether Amber Ore — End Amber now also generates in netherrack at every height of the Nether, slightly rarer than Nether gold, and smelts into the same ingot.
- Total XP — The expanded tooltip now shows the total XP an item has earned.
Changed
- An item at the maximum level now transfers all of its XP at the Legacy Transfer Table instead of half. The cap follows the server's configured max level.
- Shift-clicking items into the Legacy Transfer Table fills the source slot first, then the target.
- Transfers trust an item's level when its stored XP is lower than that level implies, so items leveled by commands transfer correctly.
- Resetting an item with
/weaponlevel resetor the transfer table also clears its chronicle and leaderboard entry. - The kill XP notification widens to fit longer text.
Removed
- The boss kill counter and the Bossbane identity path. Boss detection only recognized the vanilla Ender Dragon and Wither, so it gave inconsistent results with modded bosses. Existing boss data on items is safely ignored.
Fixed
- The release JAR now correctly includes the full MIT license text.
