This EULA is valid subject to all rights reserved. M Productions reserves all rights to the mod. Any use, modification or distribution of the Mod is permitted only in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

Definitions:

Redistribution:

- To upload for non commercial or commercial use on any platform/program

private use:

- To share among friends or play the mod. NOT sharing among a community.

Commercial use:

- To use the mod (for content) to generate revenue on any platform/programm

Permission:

- To get permit from a leading position of M Productions after contacting

Using the mod for private use

- You may use the mod for private use and only play the mod

- You may modify the mod for private use only

Using the mod for commercial use

- You may use the mod for commercial use if M Productions gave permission

- You may use the mod for content use only when having no permission

- You may not use any right protected name for commercial use without given permission

- You may not redistribute the mod or any modified version of the mod

- You may redistribute a modified version of the mod after getting permission from M Productions
