The Judgement Bird

Added Judgement Bird from Lobotomy corporation,and a illager which use E.G.O. that modified to fit Vindicator. The E.G.O. ,JB and the illager both have a ability to deal magic damage due to max health to all living entity in a big range(judgement) . The illager only appear in Raid,and have a chance to dorp his weapon,but player can only use weapon's ability after he have defeated JB. The config file allows you to adjust whether the damage dealt by "Judgement" is a fixed value, the specific damage, whether there is a maximum damage limit, the maximum damage, and whether to enable Judgement Bird's instant-kill attack against creatures whose "Guilt" is not less than V. Supports the "Innervoice"(https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/inner-voice) mod, which will add subtitles for Judgement Bird.
