You don't remember entering the house.

There are no windows.

There is no clear way out.

And somewhere inside the endless corridors, something is watching you.

THE_HOUSE_WITH_NO_WINDOWS is a Minecraft horror mod focused on atmosphere, uncertainty, and the fear of not knowing what is around the next corner.

Explore an infinite house dimension made of interconnected rooms, narrow corridors, dark passages, and familiar objects that feel strangely out of place. The deeper you explore, the more the house begins to feel less like a place and more like something you were never meant to enter.

And then there is the Obelisk.

The Obelisk is not a simple monster that constantly chases the player. Its behavior is unpredictable, and encounters can happen in many different ways (has 7 different variants as if now).

You might:

• See it watching you.
• Hear footsteps without ever finding their source.
• Hear doors opening somewhere nearby.
• Be followed through the corridors.
• Trigger a sudden chase.
• Encounter something that seems to be there specifically to frighten you.

Not every encounter is the same.

The Obelisk is designed to create uncertainty rather than simply overpower the player. It can hurt you, but it is not an unstoppable killing machine. Some encounters can end with the entity retreating, disappearing, or leaving you wondering what just happened.

The house itself is also part of the horror.

There are scattered books and writings left behind by people who may have entered the dimension before you. Some of them describe what lives inside the house. Others may leave you with more questions than answers.
