The Hatman is an analog-horror mod for Forge 1.20.1 and 1.21.1. A tall, emaciated figure with fork-like fingers and a wide straw hat over a face you never quite see. He waits behind corners, snuffs out your torches, knocks on doors behind you — and the moment you turn around, he is standing still.

• Detailed GeckoLib model (240 parts) with 19 animations
• Stalker AI: freezes while watched, creeps closer when you look away, hunts, leaps, grabs, crawls through gaps
• One Hatman haunts you at night or deep underground
• VHS static, heartbeat, camera shake and jumpscares

/hatman ev builds a two-storey haunted house with a porch, turret and attic, plus 23 furniture blocks.

📼 Story mode — The Hatman: Rent Due

/hatman story starts a 5-chapter horror story: 20 notes, 4 VHS tapes, 9 cutscenes, puzzles, chases and 3 endings (one secret). Singleplayer, about 1–2 hours.
