Have you ever felt nostalgic, but didn't want to downgrade your Minecraft to get a more classic experience? The Good Parts Mod allows you to turn off many features added to Minecraft since 1.7.10 using a configuration file. Meaning you can pick and choose what parts you want disabled. Currently a work-in-progress.

WARNING: This mod is extremely likely to cause conflicts with other mods because it changes base Minecraft behavior

NOTE: At least for now, this is a server-side only mod, meaning vanilla players can connect to a server running this mod

Features

Several features are available and can be toggled in the config file:

• removeHusks: Removes Husks

• removeStrays: Removes Strays

• removeDrowned: Removes Drowned and prevents zombies from transforming into them (NOTE: This will prevent you from getting tridents)

• reducePhantomSpawns: Makes Phantoms only spawn one at a time, instead of in groups

Other features currently cannot be toggled, but might be in the future:

• Re-added the recipe for the Notch Apple
