The Fire Forge 0.1.3 � Antarchy 2.2.9 compatibility

• Updated the Antarchy dependency to 2.2.9+1.21.1-neoforge, resolving the loading error after upgrading Antarchy.
• Retains existing multiblock construction, directional placement, catalyst fuel, crafting progress, alloy blocks, and weapon assembly behavior.
• Validated all 23 forge game tests, plus 13 pack-specific royal equipment recipes in a dedicated server.

Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.253 or newer within 21.1, Java 21, and Antarchy 2.2.9 with its dependencies. Install the same version on client and server.
