Developer Kit 1.3 — API v1

For mod authors integrating with The Engineer's Toolkit on Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge / Java 21.

Includes:

• The matching Toolkit 1.3 JAR for local development.
• Public API v1 reference sources and browsable HTML Java documentation.
• Integration, compatibility and JSON-definition guides, plus 1.3 release notes.
• A standalone MIT-licensed example mod with machine and pipe adapters.

Extract the ZIP and start with README.md. Windows setup now launches the included Gradle wrapper directly through Java 21; the ZIP contains no Windows batch launcher.

This is a developer download, not a playable mod. Do not place the ZIP or API source JAR in your mods folder. Use the normal Toolkit JAR as your dependency and do not embed Toolkit in your own mod.

The example code is MIT-licensed. The main Toolkit mod, artwork and API reference implementation remain All Rights Reserved. The complete mod source is not included.
