The Dream Table

The Dream Table projects a classic redstone farm as a hologram, then builds it one block per second after you deliver the materials.

# The Dream Table 1.1.0-beta

A big update focused on building freedom, safety, and control over your farms.

## Creative Mode
- Farms build without any materials in Creative. Place the farm, then press **Build** at the table.
- No items are used, poured water gives no empty bucket, and blocks in the way are removed without dropping items.

## Easier Start
- **Build** no longer needs Requirements first. If the farm isn't placed yet, Build closes the menu and asks you to right-click the ground. Place it, come back, and press Build.

## Material Swaps
- New **Materials** button on the farm screen. Pick any material and swap it for another block of the same shape:
  - full block for full block, log for log
  - stairs, slabs, walls, fences and fence gates
  - trapdoors, doors, buttons and pressure plates
  - carpets, glass panes, glass and stained glass
  - beds and signs
- A **search box** at the top of the list finds blocks by name or ID as you type.
- The hologram, both clipboard columns and the build all use the new block. Stairs keep their facing, and wall signs and beds use the right variant of the new block.
- Functional pieces are never swapped, so the farm keeps working: hoppers, chests, redstone, campfires, soul sand, water and crops.
- A material can be swapped only before you deliver any of it and before the build starts.

## Obstacles Are Cleared Automatically
- Blocks in the way are broken when the build reaches them and dropped as items, so nothing is lost.
- Water, lava, fire, grass and other replaceable blocks are simply built over.
- Doors and tall plants come out with both halves together and drop once.
- Clearing never updates the blocks around it, so nothing outside the farm falls, pops off, or fires.
- These blocks are protected and never removed:
  - anything that stores data: chests, barrels, hoppers, furnaces, signs, beds, banners, heads, spawners
  - unbreakable blocks
  - redstone parts: levers, buttons, wire, repeaters, comparators, observers, note blocks, lamps
  - pistons, rails, TNT, infested blocks
  - blocks you can't get back: budding amethyst, reinforced deepslate, eggs, frogspawn
  - respawn anchors and lodestones
- When the build meets a protected block, it stops there and the block turns red on the hologram. Move it and press **Try Again**.
- Every step checks everything before changing the world, so stopping and retrying never duplicates drops or blocks.

## Pause and Resume
- While a farm is building, the main button reads **Pause**. The current block finishes, then the build stops.
- Press **Resume** to continue from the next block.
- While paused, the farm stays locked: no material swaps, and no other farm can replace it.

## Discard Takes the Build Apart
- Discarding an unfinished build removes the blocks the table placed and gives them back to you, with anything stored in its chests and hoppers.
- Only blocks the table placed are removed. Blocks you changed, and blocks that were already there, stay.
- Liquid that flowed out of removed water or lava sources drains away on its own.
- Items you delivered but the build hadn't used yet come back too. Blocks placed in Creative are removed without giving items.
- Discard on a started build asks for a second click within 3 seconds.
- A finished farm is never taken apart. Discard only frees the table for the next one.

## Fixes and Polish
- Search text is crisp and readable, with a blinking cursor.
- Internal code reorganized for stability and easier updates. Existing worlds and builds load as before.
