Disenchanter (The Disenchanter Mod)

quite a bit of background optimization and reorganisation
added Czech as Language; thanks to @Cronosus (https://github.com/Cronosus)
added option for adjusting the amount of ticks required for a disenchantment process to happen with the automatic Disenchantment Table
added TC support (option for disabeling disenchanting TC-Tools)

added/changed the upgrading system:
Disenchantment Table behaviour now changes with upgrading by adding different materials in the crafting table; upgrades include:
- automatic (same as before)
- voiding (deletes completly disenchanted items from the Disenchantment Table)
- bulk-disenchanting (disenchants all enchantments of a Item all at once)
- any combination of the above
Just to be clear: These upgrades are NOT Items/etc. that go into some kind of a upgrade slot,
but instead represent a Disenchantment Table with different properties/behaviour.
(aka. like the automatic Disenchantment Table compared to just the Disenchantment Table before)
- you are able to clear ALL upgrades (aka. to get a normal Disenchantment Table) with paper in the crafting table
