The Deep Void

Additions:
-Vehemence
-Chains of Binding (can be purchased from the Undertaker)
-JEI info for items that are exclusively sold by the Undertaker

Changes:
-The Apostle can now do a stomp attack if the player is close, knocking the player away from the boss. In second phase, the player is knocked far enough away to trigger the chain attack, allowing for a devastating combo
-The Apostle's big slash now applies Slowness I (blocked) or II (unblocked) to the player, allowing the Apostle to catch up with the player to grab them
-Renamed Eldritch Maw to Blasphemy
-Improved looking detection for certain mobs (watching stalker, stalker, amalgam and void watcher)
-Slightly improved performance when near overseers
-Spyglass enchanted with void vision now only applies glowing to entities that the player is directly looking at
-Undertaker now has a "death" animation

Fixes:
-Watching stalkers sometimes not despawning when looked at
-Block of Blasphemite not having a recipe
-Gilded armor not being trimmable
