The Deep Void

Additions:
-Head Of The False Hydra
-Living Scythe
-Dark Steel Chainmail armor
-Slowness and Invisibility Needles

Changes:
-Armor ability cooldown is now displayed in seconds instead of ticks
-Curse Of The Cult now stops players from using elytras and gives them void's blessing (to prevent death from falling)
-Added translation support for items that didn't support it previously (vulture muzzle, riding crop, needles, void effigy)
-Adapted now only applies to players to prevent attribute-related crashes
-Cult Temple no longer generates with air outside of the structure and now uses a custom loot table instead of 
using the ancient city loot table (the_deep_void:chests/cult_temple)
-Head Of The Primordial Bone Crawler now uses the new model
-Nerfed Hexed Needle (1 min duration down to 30 seconds)
