The license is simple, the mod, the files, everything inside belong to me. But even though it belongs to me, you can do almost anything with the mod and file except copying it, selling it, creating inacceptable content with it and stealing it. For those you will need to ask me. 

The character or characters made by me present or to be in this mod are mine. This mean that everything related to them, names, images, textures... in the mod is mine. You can still use them in your mod, but ask me before. But, as well as for the mod, you can do almost anything with the character or characters, except NSFW content, creating inacceptable content with them, copying them and stealing them. Any content made with, on or about them in the mod, so inside the game, is under my control, cannot be selled, so it is my right if I judge the content not acceptable. Any content made about them outside of the game and the mod, like videos, art, drawing, song, anything ,does not belong to me but to the creator of this content, meaning that everything comming out of those contents goes to them, but credit or mention to me is still appreciated. But still if the content is really not acceptable or even illegal, even if it don't belong to me I will react.

Recreating the mod is not allowed, as well as reposting it as yours. Tho if you want to make a different version of the mod, a remastered version, or change things in it, you can if it is for your personnal uses, if it is not only for you, ask me before to have my permission (I am mostly cool on that). Do know that you can also ask for those version to become either part of the mod (the new thing will be mine as well as yours, except for the code that will be yours), semi part of the mod (the new thing does not belong to me, you will put your own terms and license as long as they inpact only your content, will be credited by me on your things) or non part of the mod(everything new is yours, you can put your own terms and licenses, but will not be credited by me).

This mod can be use freely, for everyone, as long at if content made out of it respect the terms specified before.

The mod also can be destributed, then mentions, credits have to be given to credit me.

Also to be clear, any content used by me from the original game are not mine, this mean that any element not created by me already in the original game belong to their creators. As well, any content used that I didn't create is not mine.

The terms and licenses are subjected to change in case it is really needed, then it will be expressed clearly.
