What's new

Changed permafrost to be mineable with wooden tools

Added campfire and smelting recipes for turning permafrost into stone.

Changed Death Ice display name to "Red Ice" (Item ids are still "death_ice")

Made permafrost not slippery.

Added Command /cold, which teleports you to the cold dimension. (if you die you will respawn in the overworld and lose your items, the only way to get back to the overworld safely is to build a portal)
