Entity:

Fixed crash when one removes all skins from the Variant Bee config option. This will make Variant Bee look like a vanilla bee as a fallback.

Configs:

Added useBackupModelForVariantBee config option that will let you bypass issues with other mods or resourcepacks changing vanilla Bee's model.

(Forge): Moved renderBeeQueenBonusTradeItem config option to be in same section as useBackupModelForVariantBee.
