UPDATE 0.9 (Despair Patch)

DIMENSIONS:

The Despair dialogue now plays once and doesn't spawn a wisp rain.

EVENTS

TEP events chance lowered, and now fake lag doesn't get logged in chat anymore (unless you're OP sometimes it breaks stuff)

BLOCKS

Added multiple Protected Void blocks and the Adminstrator Console Block

Added Blocks tab in the creative menu

ITEMS

Added Items tab in the creative menu

Added 2 new structures:
