Existing worlds

• Fracture Shrines now appear in already-created Overworlds. The plan was already seed-derived and built on chunk load, but chunks that were already resident when a world first saw the mod could miss that callback. Startup now scans loaded Overworld chunks and queues any unbuilt shrine already in memory. Distant shrines still wait until you travel to them; nothing force-loads the 192–640 ring. Backup first: a shrine carves a small ruin, and the Meridian Archive is still placed only when you use the Survey Map.
