Fixed the technetium boots recipe not working properly and heightened the umbranova sword and axe attack damage so it is higher than that of eclipse diamond

Warning: trimming armor from this mod will cause an elytra model with missing texture to appear this only affects Fabric 1.21.8 and none of the other versions I am aware of this bug and it does not need to be reported
