Preamble

 

0. You are permitted to change This License name to reflect name of your development team, you name or nickname, but the words "What is <insert your name here> Even Saying License" and the wording of This License cannot be changed.
1. "Thaumic Revelations" mod is copyleft under This License.

 

 

0. Definitions

  • "This License" refers to "What Is The Team Magnequazar Even Saying License".
  • The "Mod" refers to "Thaumic Revelations"
  • "You", "Your" refers to the End User.
  • The "Team", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the Team Magnequazar:
    MasterAbdoTGM50 (author of "Thaumic Warden")
    Drullkus (author of the Mod's old textures)
    SisterJacq [formerly Mortvana] (author of the Mod)
    Octoturge [formerly Ciemny_Cygan] (current Owner and Developer of the Mod)
  • "Modpack" refers to any modpack which contains the Mod
  • "Public Modpack" refers to any Modpack with open access
  • "Private Modpack" refers to any Modpack with closed access (private Dropbox/FTB Pack with a SECRET)
  • "Modpack Team" refers to authors of the Modpack
  • "Official Build" refers to the Mod's binary file, which has been compiled by Us

 

1. The Code

  • The Code of the Mod in source and/or binary is the intellectual property of the Team
  • You are forbidden from claiming any code, which You did not write, as Your own
  • You may not copy from or build on Our code without stating that you learned from and used Our code in your repository's README.md
  • Any code based on Our code must be publicly visible, but You still own it

 

2. The Repository

  • Any contributions made to the Mod's repository are automatically licensed under This License, as per circumvent bureaucratic bullshit (if you do not agree, you really should not contribute)

 

3. Distribution

  • You are permitted to redistribute Official Builds in Public or Private Modpacks or as a single binary file
  • If you redistribute the Modpack or a single binary file outside the CurseForge, you must at least provide a link to the Mod's CurseForge site in the description

 

4. Bug reporting

  • Do not report bugs for outdated Minecraft versions (but since we are eternally living in the 1.7.10 Golden Age, it really does not matter)
  • Modpack Team takes full responsibility for user support queries (as per Artycle 45, Footnote 21, Amendment 8 of the Kharadron Code) and is obliged to report bugs to Us
  • Modpack Team should redistribute NEWEST Official Builds for specific Minecraft versions
  • For anyone else, we only support NEWEST Official Builds for specific Minecraft versions (as there's a possibility that a specific bug has been already repaired), so do not report bugs for outdated versions of the Mod

 

5. Additional Terms

  • At Least One Sentence Per License And README.md Must Be Written In Camel Size And End With A Semicolon;
  • You are obliged to pet Your or Your neighbours' cat. Or literally any cat
  • Use common sense and follow the Wheaton's Law and the Kharadron Code
