Speed modifiers from Aer, Aqua and Terra Armor upgrades work on servers now! Hooray!

Sadly, Aer Bow doesn't increase it's damage, but it's only a matter of time...

Also temporarily removed Crimson Top Hat (I need to figure out why my beautiful model doesn't work). Sorry :/
