by Mojang Studios, as well as all of its former releases under the name

"Mod" refers to a third-party modification for The Game.

"Modpack" refers to a collection of Mods, which may be independent of
each other, or connected through various linking mechanisms.

"This Mod" refers to ThaumicMixins.

B. Additional Permissions.

You may link This Mod against the proprietary code of The Game, as well as
distribute binary builds of it as part of a Modpack without the AGPL
restrictions spreading to any other files in that Modpack.

C. Termination of Additional Permissions.
